Stone-ground, whisked to order
Most matcha around town is a pump of sweet green syrup stirred into milk. Ours is not. Wishi Co. uses stone-ground matcha — milled fine the traditional way — and whisks it fresh for every drink. The result is smoother, greener and genuinely tastes like matcha: a little vegetal, a little sweet, never chalky or cloying.
It is the difference people notice on the first sip, even the ones who swear they do not like matcha. Add a cheese-foam cap for a savory-sweet finish, or keep it clean and let the tea speak for itself.
The whole matcha lineup
Start with the classic Matcha Latte, whisked and poured over ice. From there the fruit series layers real flavor over the tea — Blueberry, Strawberry, Peach and Pistachio, each poured in ribbons of color. The Matcha Cold Whisk keeps it crisp and unsweetened, and the Matcha Cloud tops fresh coconut water with a whisked matcha foam for something lighter and a little theatrical.
Everything is made to order, so the foam is fresh and the color is bright. Prices run from $7.50 for the latte to $9 for the Cloud.

The matcha does not stop at the cup. Our Matcha French Toast — thick-cut bread soaked in a rich matcha batter, griddled golden and finished with cream and fresh fruit — has quietly become the dish people come back for. It is the best way to taste what stone-ground matcha does on a plate.
